Transport systems

Although the transport systems for various freight forwarders often have different names, the system procedures are basically very similar.

The most important systems are:

  • Groupage transport
All the goods from a local region with different destinations are collected together in a departure depot and transported to corresponding distribution depots and delivered from there.
  •  Direct traffic
As the name implies: a direct shipment from the consignor to the consignee without transshipment.
  •  Express transport
Accelerated pick-up and delivery, as well as priority in transshipment areas, shorten the standard total transit time for the shipment.
  •  Courier service
